The workshop pays particular attention to respectful ways of working with your direct reports as well as how your leadership role is critical in advocating and supporting upper management about operational needs and requirements. Learn high-level communication skills, increase self-awareness, address imposter syndrome and build professional trust by understanding personal reactivity in oneself and others. Identify negative self-talk, imposter syndrome, anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism in decision-making.
