A Response to #notallme

As the 16 Days of Activism draws to an end, I wanted to address a common but divisive conversation starter: the phrase hashtag#NotAllMen. On the plane back from Albany after numerous discussions with amazing practitioners, I jotted down some ideas about how we can explore how this phrase, often invoked defensively, derails meaningful conversations about violence, accountability, and change.
