This training uses interactive activities, role play and small group discussions to explore ideas, provide reflection opportunities and most importantly, build practice skills in engaging with men who are using abusive practices.

Working Effectively with Victim Survivors
Pandora Enterprise Projects brings the opportunity to build professional skills in respectfully working with victim survivors who have experienced coercive control. This series has been designed specifically for those with at least 3 years of experience who wish to refresh or develop specialist analytical skills in assessment and risk management associated with patterns of coercive control.Homicide prevention in family violence assessment
This one day face to face or online training aims to equip senior practitioners who have significant experience in family violence work with knowledge and skills to identify patterns of behaviours associated with homicide.
Exploring evidence-based theories and tools, participants will learn a range of analytical approaches to assist in risk assessment and risk management strategies. Participants must have at least 3 years of work experience and completed foundational family and domestic training and training associated with risk assessment frameworks – eg. WA CRARMF or MARAM prior to entry. Foundational training can include:

Assessment skills in identifying the predominant aggressor in family violence
Misidentification in family violence cases can have serious, traumatic and lasting consequences to the victim survivor. Pandora is now offering a comprehensive one-day workshop designed to equip professionals with skills and knowledge needed to identify the predominant aggressor.
